Applicable materials: This method is suitable for all parts made of metal.
Anodizing: Hardness and Color

Applicable materials: Anodizing is only suitable for aluminum and titanium.

Heat treatment Quenching and tempering
Purpose: The purpose of quenching is to increase the surface hardness of parts. Tempering reduces brittleness of components.
Applicable materials: This method is mainly suitable for steel alloys.
normalizing and tempering
Uses: The normalizing or annealing process can relieve the stress of the CNC machined parts, thereby stabilizing the mechanical properties of the parts, and tempering can reduce the brittleness of the parts.
Compatible Materials: Strain relief suitable for all alloys. Tempering is only suitable for steel alloys.
